Academy of Excellence, Inc., a Christ-centered K–12 school, is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Classroom Teacher to join our team in Milwaukee, WI.

We’re looking for a passionate educator who not only delivers academic instruction with excellence but also integrates a Biblical worldview throughout the teaching process. This role is ideal for someone who sees teaching as both a profession and a ministry.

✨ Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a classroom in alignment with AoE’s mission and policies
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons using approved curriculum
Modify instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs
Assess and track student progress using professional standards
Integrate Christian worldview principles throughout academic content
Maintain accurate records (attendance, planning, grading, communication, etc.)
Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and classroom life
Cultivate a classroom community that supports spiritual, emotional, and academic growth
Identify and work to remove learning obstacles for students
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching effectiveness
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Attend school events, parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and staff meetings

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics Education, or related field (or equivalent training/experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience in education or a related field
Strong classroom management and instructional skills
Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and alignment with AoE’s faith-based mission

Academy of Excellence, Inc., a Christ-centered K–12 school, is seeking a passionate and qualified Middle School Science Teacher to teach grades 6 through 8 at our Milwaukee campus.

This role is for a dedicated educator who is excited to teach science through a Biblical worldview, helping students grow in knowledge while grounding them in truth. At AoE, teaching is more than a job — it’s a calling to serve, disciple, and prepare the next generation both academically and spiritually.

✨ Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a middle school classroom aligned with AoE’s Christian mission
Plan and deliver dynamic science lessons that integrate Scripture and a Biblical worldview
Use approved science curriculum and adapt instruction to meet student needs
Track and record student progress, assessments, and attendance
Clearly communicate academic expectations and spiritual principles in every lesson
Collaborate with parents to support student growth and share regular progress updates
Build a Christ-centered classroom community that fosters trust and learning
Identify and remove barriers to student understanding
Participate in professional development, school meetings, open houses, and events
Attend educational conferences and training opportunities throughout the school year
Work alongside fellow teachers to create a unified, enriching instructional environment

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science Education, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in education
Passion for Christian education and a commitment to a Biblical worldview
Strong communication and classroom leadership skills
Personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
