🕊️ Position Type: Full-Time | Grades: High School
Academy of Excellence, Inc. — a Christ-centered K–12 school in Milwaukee, WI — is seeking a passionate and dedicated Religious Classroom Teacher to join our High School team.
This position is ideal for educators who are committed to academic excellence and grounded in a strong Biblical worldview. The teacher will integrate Christian principles with Literature/English instruction, helping students grow both spiritually and intellectually.
Provide instruction aligned with AoE’s Christian mission, policies, and curriculum
Teach Literature/English with integration of Biblical worldview across content
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learners
Reference Scripture to draw connections between faith and academic learning
Create a sense of community within the classroom and among families
Track student progress, assessments, and behavior
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians
Maintain a safe, respectful, Christ-honoring classroom environment
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the instructional setting
Participate in school events, meetings, open houses, and training opportunities
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English Education, or related field
Classroom experience preferred
A clear commitment to Christian education and discipleship
Ability to model Christ-like character and servant leadership
