Open Board Meetings are public sessions of our School Board where parents, guardians, staff members, and community participants are welcome to attend as observers. These meetings are held to promote transparency, open communication, and community involvement in the decision-making processes of the Academy of Excellence.

During an Open Board Meeting, attendees may listen to reports, updates, and discussions. When included in the agenda, there will also be an opportunity for public comments. All formal decisions are made exclusively by the Board members.
